✦Early 1960s Velvet Gown. This dress is absolutely stunning. The sleeveless fit features a scoop neckline w/ a tailored, curvy bust, & a gathered, cinched waistline. It has a built in tulle crinoline to maintain fullness. The velvet is sooo soft, & that deep green catches the light so elegantly. Fully lined. Some wear/inconsistency to the velvet, the only real flaw I noticed was a little spot on the neckline. Could be easily covered w/ a necklace or brooch! Necklace not included. Union made & tailoring label. 32" Bust looks like a B cup, 24" Waist
